Searching needs no account and asks you for nothing personal; the town you search is remembered only for that visit, so the distances stay right while you browse.

When you send an inquiry, we store what you type and deliver it to the one facility you chose — to its operator's email and their account on this site — and to nobody else. When an operator claims a page, we store their account details and what the claim check used, so the claim can be verified and kept; what they post after claiming — corrected facts, their description and photos, and their availability — is public on their page, because that's the point of posting it. When you report an error, we store your email so we can follow up on the report. We don't sell anyone's information — not searchers', not operators', not anyone's.
